Charge for Leave Usage. A full one-day deduction will be made from the Sick or Personal Leave Allowance for an absence of more than one-half (1/2) day, including the Teacher’s planning period. A deduction of one-half (1/2) day will be made from the Sick or Personal Leave Allowance for an absence of one-half (1/2) day or less, including the Teacher’s planning period. However, an absence of approximately one class/block or less will not result in a deduction from the Sick or Personal Leave Allowance, so long as the Teacher follows established building procedures and secures in-building coverage at no cost to the District.

  • Night Shift Differential 1. An employee who works an assigned night shift shall, in addition to his or her regular salary, be paid a night shift differential for each hour actually worked on the assigned night shift.

The appointing authority shall determine when vacations will be taken.

  • Partial Disposal During Term of Service Agreement Throughout the Term of the Service Agreement, LEA may request partial disposal of Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement that is no longer needed. Partial disposal of data shall be subject to LEA’s request to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above.
