Charitable Giving Requirements. All families are expected to participate in PCA’s annual fundraising event by purchasing two tickets, per family on an annual basis. The typical cost of the event is $250 per couple. Late Payments Late fees are charged for payments that are not made by the due date. Late fees will be assessed as follows: ▪ 30 days overdue = letter sent home and late fee of $40.00 assessed ▪ 60 days overdue = student(s) will not be allowed to attend school If a family has difficulty meeting its tuition payment obligation, it is the family’s responsibility to contact the Director, School Board President, or Proistamenos, as soon as possible to make arrangements for an alternative payment plan. If the delinquency is not cured within the agreed upon timeframe, the student will be dis-enrolled from PCA. Official transcripts will be withheld for transferring students until all unpaid tuition and fees are received. Conditions of Enrollment and Reenrollment ▪ Acceptance of an Application for Admission; ▪ Children of parents who cannot demonstrate a lifestyle in accordance with the Statement of Belief on Marriage, Gender, and Sexuality will not be considered for admission. Parents must be willing to allow their children to be educated and influenced in a manner consistent with the Greek Schools Mission Statement and to live in accordance with the lifestyle requirements of the Greek Orthodox Church; ▪ Successful completion of the current academic year and no adverse recommendation from the Director; ▪ All tuition payments must be received by TADS on or before each due date, and the previous year’s tuition and fees must be paid in full; and ▪ The student and the student’s family agree to comply with, and be subject to, PCA’s rules and policies, including but not limited to those set forth in the Student Handbook and any applicable amendments made to the Student Handbook during the course of the school year.
