Common use of Check-In Clause in Contracts

Check-In. For purposes of this agreement, Check-in means the process of picking up room keys ("Check-in"). Unless this agreement has been previously executed, Check-in establishes Resident's acceptance of this agreement, including the terms of payment outlined above. Further, Check-in constitutes acceptance of the condition of the Unit and contents at the time of occupancy and, therefore, becomes the standard for the condition of the Unit and contents at the termination of occupancy.
