Common use of CHECK-OFF UNION DUES Clause in Contracts

CHECK-OFF UNION DUES. The Employer agrees that it will make payroll deductions for Union dues, from employees in the certified bargaining unit, upon receipt of a written assignment executed for that purpose by each employee. The Union recognizes and agrees that the Employer’s obligation to deduct Union dues is expressly restricted to making only such deductions as are permitted by law, by this Agreement, and by the valid assignment of each employee.

CHECK-OFF UNION DUES. The Employer agrees that it will make payroll deductions for Union shall deduct from every employee any monthly dues, from employees initiations or assessments levied in accordance with the certified bargaining unit, upon receipt of a written assignment executed for that purpose Union constitution by-laws and owing by each employeehim to the Union. The Union recognizes and agrees that to save the Employer’s obligation to deduct Union dues is expressly restricted to making only such Employer from all deductions made from an employee's pay, as are permitted by law, by this Agreement, and by the valid assignment of each employeeprovided herein.

CHECK-OFF UNION DUES. The Employer agrees that it will make payroll deductions for Union dues, from employees in the certified bargaining unit, upon receipt of a written assignment executed for that purpose by each employee. The Union recognizes and agrees that the Employer’s obligation to deduct Union dues from the pay of each employee who is expressly restricted to making only such deductions as are permitted by law, covered by this Agreement, and by an amount equivalent to the valid assignment regular monthly dues of each employeethe Union, together with any initiation fees or assessments levied in accordance with the constitution and/or by-laws. The Union shall advise the Employer in writing of any changes in the dues or initiation amounts at least one month before such changes are implemented.
