Christmas or New Year's Day. The Employer agrees to make every reasonable effort to ensure that employees required to work shifts shall have at least Christmas Day or the following New Year's Day off, based on seniority, staffing requirements and the holiday shifts worked the previous year. Employees shall indicate their preference in writing on or before November 1st of each year.
