Common use of Christmas Scheduling Clause in Contracts

Christmas Scheduling. It is agreed by the parties that scheduling of employees off at Christmas will allow employees who were not scheduled off for Christmas in odd numbered years to have preference for Christmas in even numbered years. After this procedure has been followed, remaining available time off at Christmas will be scheduled by seniority.
