Common use of Citizen Complaint Clause in Contracts

Citizen Complaint. In order for a citizen complaint to be considered as possible grounds for disciplinary action, it must be reduced to writing and signed by the citizen within thirty (30) calendar days after the date of the alleged event upon which the complaint is based. If the incident alleges conduct which, if true, could lead to criminal charges, the thirty (30) day requirement shall not be applicable.
