Common use of City Requirements Clause in Contracts

City Requirements. Contractor must comply with, and the procedures Contractor utilizes and the Services Contractor provides under this Agreement must comply with, the Chicago Human Rights Ordinance, ch. 2-160, Section 0-000-000 et seq. of the Municipal Code of Chicago (1990), as amended, and all other applicable City ordinances and rules.

City Requirements. Contractor Consultant must comply with, and the procedures Contractor Consultant utilizes and the Services Contractor Consultant provides under this Agreement must comply with, the Chicago Human Rights Ordinance, ch. 2-160, Section 02-000100-000 et xx seq. of the Municipal Code of Chicago (1990), as amended, and all other applicable City ordinances and rules.

The Contractor must comply withshall comply, and the procedures Contractor utilizes and the Services Contractor provides under this Agreement must comply withas applicable, with the Chicago Human Rights Ordinance, ch. 2-160, Section section 0-000-000 et seq. of the Municipal Code Code.
