CITY'S RIGHT OF INSPECTION. Even though the Consultant is an independent contractor with the authority to control and direct the performance and details of the work authorized under this Contract, the work must meet the approval of the City and shall be subject to the City's general right of inspection to secure satisfactory completion.

CITY'S RIGHT OF INSPECTION. The City shall have the right to request that the Contractor provide to the City a list of all records of the Contractor related to the provision of Services hereunder retained by the Contractor in accordance with this subsection and the location and method of storage of such records. Contractor agrees to allow inspection at reasonable times by the City of all documents and records produced or maintained in accordance with this Agreement.
CITY'S RIGHT OF INSPECTION. The City shall have the right, upon reasonable advance notice, to inspect County correction facilities where City Inmates are housed at reasonable times. During such inspections, the City may interview its Inmates and review its Inmates’ records. The City shall have no right to interview inmates housed for other jurisdictions or to review their medical records, unless it is properly authorized to do so by the inmate or the other jurisdiction.

CITY'S RIGHT OF INSPECTION. The Locate Services Provider shall co-operate with and provide the City with every reasonable facility to ascertain the quality of the Locate Services performed and measure the performance of the Locate Services in accordance with this Agreement from time to time and in this regard shall meet with the City and provide such written reports in each case as from time to time required by the City.

CITY'S RIGHT OF INSPECTION. 6.8.1 During construction of the Project, the City or its designee has the right, at any time and from time to time, to enter upon the Project for the purposes of inspection, so long as such inspection is conducted by the City at times and in a manner that does not cause significant disruption or delay to construction of the Project and complies with the Developer’s and its contractor’s reasonable safety requirements. 6.8.2 The City’s inspection is not a representation by the City that there is compliance with any plans or applicable laws or that the Project is or will be free of faulty materials or faulty workmanship. 6.8.3 The City’s inspection is not a waiver of any right of the City or any other party for noncompliance with any plans, applicable laws, or this agreement.
