Clarification of Grievances. The Port may request clarification from the Union regarding any part of a grievance or the grievance process, with respect to any grievance filed by any one or more bargaining unit members or the Union.

  • Scope of Grievances A. A grievance may be filed if a management interpretation or application of the provisions of this Memorandum of Understanding adversely affects an employee's wages, hours or conditions of employment.
