CLASSIFICATION AND WAGES. 37.01 Pay cheques are given to Employees on Thursday every two weeks. However, should the pay day fall on a holiday, pay cheques will be distributed no later than the preceding workday. 37.02 In the event of a permanent termination of employment, the University remits, at the time of departure, to the Employee who has made the request at least six (6) working days in advance, all salaries and vacation indemnities due to her/him, as well as a statement indicating all amounts owing from all other fringe benefits. 37.03 a) The Parties agree that the classification plan and the salary scales in Appendix A, Appendix A.1 and Appendix B of the present Collective Agreement, as well as the mechanisms provided in the present Collective Agreement, apply to all Employees.
