Classification Change. 1. When substituting for a head position the substitute employee shall receive a twenty-five percent (25%) premium per hour over his/her regular rate not to exceed the head position rate. Additional hours worked by the substitute will not qualify the substitute employee for additional fringe benefits unless they are substituting for unpaid long-term leave of absences.
