Classification of Project Change Requests. (a) Project Change Requests will be classified according to Table 5 by the Management Committee in order to facilitate change review and prioritization. Both Project Coordinators must be present when Project Change Requests are classified.

Classification of Project Change Requests. CCN Ramp-Up Program change requests will be classified according to Table 4 by the Operating Committee in order to facilitate review and prioritization. All Operating Committee members, or their designees, must be present at any Operational Meeting where CCN Ramp-Up Program change requests are classified. If a CCN Ramp-Up Program change request does not align with one of the categories set forth in Table 4, the Operating Committee shall use its judgment to classify such change request.

  • Project Changes 1.8.1. All changes shall be administered per the UGC.

  • No Cost Change Request The Authorized User reserves the right to reasonably amend a Fixed-Price Deliverable, provided the amendment does not materially change the Scope of the Deliverable, without a cost increase. Although the Authorized User has endeavored to identify many tasks associated with a Fixed-Price Deliverable (Tasks), additional Tasks which can reasonably be anticipated to carry out the Deliverable shall be within the scope of the Deliverable, and shall not result in a cost increase. An Authorized User shall use Appendix F, Attachment 4, No Cost Change Request Template to reflect such modifications. Written approval of the No-Cost Change Request is required from both the Authorized User and the Contractor.

  • Project Construction Budget The project construction cost allowance specifically stated in writing as the ‘revised’ or ‘current’ ‘Project Construction Budget’ by the Trustees at each applicable phase of plan development.

  • Construction Change Directive A written order prepared and issued by the District, the Construction Manager, and/or the Architect and signed by the District and the Architect, directing a change in the Work.

  • Contract Changes Changes may not be made in the terms and conditions of this contract without the agreement and written permission of the Director of Housing.

The Owner may by Construction Change Directive, without invalidating the Contract, order changes in the Work within the general scope of the Contract consisting of additions, deletions or other revisions, the Contract Sum and Contract Time being adjusting accordingly.
