Project Construction Budget. (PCB) means the budget established for the site preparation and construction of all the Project Improvements and facilities relating to and being a part of the Project, which includes the Construction Cost Limitation and other costs specified by Owner.
Project Construction Budget. The project construction cost allowance specifically stated in writing as the ‘revised’ or ‘current’ ‘Project Construction Budget’ by the Trustees at each applicable phase of plan development.

Project Construction Budget means the estimated UNBC Total Construction Contract Cost as approved by the Construction Management Team and reviewed and revised from time to time;

  • Construction Budget means the fully-budgeted costs for the acquisition and construction of a given parcel of real property (including, without limitation, the cost of acquiring such parcel of real property, reserves for construction interest and operating deficits, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and infrastructure costs) as reasonably determined by the Parent in good faith.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.
