If students from an uncovered classroom are distributed to two or more employees, the substitute pay will be divided equally among the employees sharing the load. Teachers who deal with emergency student behavior issues during their planning period shall be compensated for their missed planning time with administrative approval, including a pro rata amount for specialists if impacted.
