Clean. To regularly clean the Premises and keep them in a clean and tidy state.
Clean. Tenant must at all times keep the demised premise and all the fixtures therein in a clean and sanitary condition. The common areas of the building shall be cleaned as necessary. Tenant is ex- pected to cooperate in this respect and shall immediately clean any- thing that tenant or tenant’s guests spill or drop in common areas.
Clean. (a) flight deck, if specified, under the control of a person authorised by the Carrier
(b) passenger and crew compartments (other than flight deck)
1. empty ash trays.
2. dispose of litter.
3. clear waste from overhead stowage
4. wipe tables
5. seats, seat back pockets and passenger service units
6. floors
7. empty refuse bins
Clean. The Tenant must keep the Premises clean, and free from refuse, including daily cleaning of the inside of the Building, periodic cleaning the windows of the Building and arranging regular rubbish removal services.
Clean. 2.04.01 The Contractor shall clean all of the elevator/escalator equipment as well as the elevator equipment room, hoistways and pits. Cleaning of the equipment shall occur at regular intervals sufficient to maintain a professional appearance and preserve the life of the equipment. Minimum cleaning intervals shall be as set forth in Part 4 of this SPECIFICATION.
2.04.01 The Contractor shall report to the Owner/Agent the need for cleaning and/or janitorial services for all items not covered by the contract or which is otherwise not the responsibility of the Contractor.
Clean. The Lessee shall:
(a) keep the Premises clean and free from rubbish;
(b) store all rubbish in a hygienic manner in a receptacle designed for that type of rubbish; and
(c) remove on a regular basis any rubbish of a kind not removed by the local authority.
Clean. The Company will keep the Site in a clean, safe and tidy condition during the Term, and at the conclusion of the Term, return the Site to its original condition, or as otherwise agreed between SATC and Company. The Site must be cleaned and free of rubbish and goods/equipment on conclusion of the Term. The Company is solely responsible for the goods/equipment within the Site. SATC does not accept responsibility for goods/ equipment left in the Site after the Event opening hours specified in clause 9). If the Company fails to comply with this clause, it shall be liable for any cost incurred by SATC in rectifying the Company’s non-compliance.
Clean. The Tenant shall keep the Premises clean and tidy, with all of the interior surfaces of the windows and other glazing in the Premises being cleaned at least once every month.
Clean. UP Employees shall be allowed a minimum of five (5) minutes personal clean-up time each shift, such time to precede the end of the shift.
Clean. 20.1 The Licensee must keep its Premises in a good state of preservation and cleanliness and must not allow any accumulation of useless property or rubbish.
