Clearing of the Record. 25.1 The disciplinary record of an employee shall be considered clear provided there have been no disciplinary actions for a period of twenty-four (24) consecutive months following the date of the last disciplinary record on file. 25.2 When an issue has arisen, which may result in discipline being imposed, the Supervisor arranging the meeting to investigate the issue and/or impose the discipline shall advise the employee of his or her right to have a Union Representative present.
