Clearing of the Record. Any letter of reprimand, suspension or other sanction will be removed from the record of an employee eighteen (18) months following the receipt of such letter, suspension or other sanction provided that such employee’s record has been discipline free for one "working year". Any leaves of absences exceeding 30 calendar days within the above one "working year" would extend the one year by a period of time equal to the length of that leave.
