Common use of Client Attendance Clause in Contracts

Client Attendance. 12.2.1 CONTRACTOR must require each client to attend all scheduled activities unless the client is ill or has been approved to be absent from the program as in the case of vocational training, work experience, school, etc. 12.2.2 CONTRACTOR must document all programmatic absences in the client’s record. 12.2.3 CONTRACTOR must require each client to make up all programmatic absences before successful completion of the program.
