Client Feedback. Client hereby grants to the Company a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, assignable, non-exclusive, distributable, sub-licensable, irrevocable, perpetual license to use and incorporate into the TradeLens Platform and create modifications, improvements and derivative works of, any ideas, suggestions, or other feedback provided by Client or its users relating to the TradeLens Platform.
Client Feedback. Client may from time to time provide suggestions, comments for enhancements or functionality or other feedback (“Feedback”) to Panorama with respect to the Platform. Panorama has full discretion to determine whether to proceed with development of the requested enhancements, features or functionality. Client hereby grants Panorama a royalty-free, fully paid-up, worldwide, transferable, sublicenseable, irrevocable, perpetual license to: (a) copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, and create derivative works of the Feedback in whole or in part; and (b) use the Feedback in whole or in part, including without limitation, the right to develop, manufacture, have manufactured, market, promote, sell, have sold, offer for sale, have offered for sale, import, have imported, rent, provide and lease products or services that practice or embody, or are configured for use in practicing, the Feedback in whole or in part.
Client Feedback. Client assigns to Granicus any suggestion, enhancement, request, recommendation, correction or other feedback provided by Client relating to the use of the Granicus Products and Services. Granicus may use such submissions as it deems appropriate in its sole discretion.
Client Feedback. If Client provides any suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests or feedback to Xxxxxxx regarding the Service, Client grants Xxxxxxx (and its affiliates) a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable and royalty-free license to use and incorporate the same in any Xxxxxxx product or service.
Client Feedback. 1. On or before the sixtieth (60th) calendar day after execution of this Contract, Grantee shall submit its plan outlining the process by which clients can provide feedback about the services they receive. The plan shall address the elements identified below:
Client Feedback. 6.1 At the end of each piece of audit work an evaluation questionnaire is issued to the sponsor for the audit. The questionnaire includes questions on the audit process and the content of the audit report received. All responses are reviewed and any issues raised will be discussed with Homes for Haringey at an appropriate level. The results of sponsor feedback are reported as part of internal audit’s performance monitoring and management systems.
Client Feedback. After we complete the screening, evaluation and skills assessment process we will offer the client an opportunity to provide feedback on the final selection. If any special characteristics of one candidate stand out to the client representative as advantageous we will incorporate that feedback into the final selection and hiring process.
Client Feedback. At its option, Client may provide feedback, ideas, modifications, enhancement requests, recommendations, suggestions, or other derivative works (regardless of the source of inspiration) to the Services or Third Party Offerings or other ShareTech or Provider products or services (“Improvements”) to ShareTech, Providers, or their respective Representatives. For the avoidance of doubt, all rights to Improvements are and will remain with ShareTech or the applicable Provider, and Client hereby irrevocably assigns to ShareTech or such Provider all right, title, and interest, if any, in Improvements based on such feedback or suggestions.
Client Feedback. Brandlive may solicit, or Client may provide, feedback, comments or suggestions which relates to the performance, functionality, operation, or enhancement of the Services (“Feedback”). Feedback will be the sole and exclusive property of Brandlive and Client hereby irrevocably assigns to Brandlive all right, title, and interest in and to all Feedback. Brandlive will be free to use, disclose, reproduce, license or otherwise distribute, and exploit such Feedback without obligation or restriction of any kind.
Client Feedback. ClickSoftware shall own any and all suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, feedback and any related intellectual property rights thereof provided by Client to ClickSoftware regarding the Service (“Feedback”).
