Client Feedback Sample Clauses
Client Feedback. Grantee shall submit a final Client Feedback Plan in accordance with Attachment C, Contract Deliverables, of the Grant Agreement. Grantee shall maintain a current Client Feedback Plan on file and be available for HHSC review upon request. Client Feedback Plan must include the method used to document and track: (1) the process for identifying and communicating to HHSC any unmet client needs so the ADRC can collaborate with HHSC to address them; and (2) the procedure for notifying HHSC within ten (10) calendar days of any complaint against the ADRC or any ADRC staff, and notifications must include the following:
1. Contact name and other identifying information;
2. Date contact received;
3. Method of receipt (fax, phone, email, etc.);
4. Reason for contact (in line with standard definitions developed by the Health and Human Services Office of the Ombudsmen);
5. Details to isolate potential trends such as location or particular service;
6. Resolution actions;
7. Date of resolution (if the complaint is not resolved within ten (10) calendar days, the Grantee must notify HHSC of the resolution upon the final communication with the client);
8. Determination of whether complaints are substantiated or not; and
9. Record of final communication with the consumer, including date and method.
Client Feedback. Client hereby grants to the Company a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, assignable, non-exclusive, distributable, sub-licensable, irrevocable, perpetual license to use and incorporate into the TradeLens Platform and create modifications, improvements and derivative works of, any ideas, suggestions, or other feedback provided by Client or its users relating to the TradeLens Platform.
Client Feedback. Client assigns to Granicus any suggestion, enhancement, request, recommendation, correction or other feedback provided by Client relating to the use of the Granicus Products and Services. Granicus may use such submissions as it deems appropriate in its sole discretion.
Client Feedback. Client may from time to time provide suggestions, comments for enhancements or functionality or other feedback (“Feedback”) to Panorama with respect to the Platform. Panorama has full discretion to determine whether to proceed with development of the requested enhancements, features or functionality. Client hereby grants Panorama a royalty-free, fully paid-up, worldwide, transferable, sublicenseable, irrevocable, perpetual license to: (a) copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, and create derivative works of the Feedback in whole or in part; and (b) use the Feedback in whole or in part, including without limitation, the right to develop, manufacture, have manufactured, market, promote, sell, have sold, offer for sale, have offered for sale, import, have imported, rent, provide and lease products or services that practice or embody, or are configured for use in practicing, the Feedback in whole or in part.
Client Feedback. If Client provides any suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests or feedback to Xxxxxxx regarding the Service, Client grants Xxxxxxx (and its affiliates) a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable and royalty-free license to use and incorporate the same in any Xxxxxxx product or service.
Client Feedback. The QA plan shall include a mechanism for obtaining ongoing feedback from program participants regarding program effectiveness, accessibility, and client satisfaction. The plan shall describe the method(s) to be used for client feedback (e/g/ satisfaction surveys, focus groups, interviews, etc.). Client feedback shall be collected by CONTRACTOR on an ongoing basis or at a minimum quarterly. The plan shall describe how client feedback data will be managed by the QA Committee and used to make improvements to the program.
Client Feedback. Clients are encouraged to provide feedback on the therapy process to help improve services continually.
Client Feedback. 1. On or before the sixtieth (60th) calendar day after execution of this Contract, Grantee shall submit its plan outlining the process by which clients can provide feedback about the services they receive. The plan shall address the elements identified below:
a. The method Grantee uses to document and track client feedback.
b. Xxxxxxx’s process for identifying and communicating to System Agency any unmet client need(s), so the Grantee can work in collaboration with System Agency to address the need(s).
c. Xxxxxxx’s procedure shall include notifying System Agency within ten (10) business days of any complaint against the Grantee or any subrecipient. The notification shall include the following:
i. Contact name of individual or organization making the complaint and other identifying information;
ii. Date contact received;
iii. Method of receipt (fax, phone, email, etc.);
iv. Nature of Complaint (in line with standard definitions developed by Health and Human Services Office of the Ombudsmen); and
v. Details to isolate potential trends such as location of services rendered or a particular service.
2. System Agency will review Xxxxxxx’s plan and either approve, or request plan modifications. Grantee will have thirty (30) calendar days from the date of System Agency’s modification request to modify and resubmit the plan for System Agency approval. If Grantee fails to submit a plan, or does not receive System Agency approval, then System Agency may:
a. Limit, or place conditions on the Grantee’s continued performance under the Contract;
b. Temporarily withhold Contract payment(s); or
c. Terminate the Contract.
Client Feedback. Client acknowledges and agrees that any questions, comments, suggestions or other feedback or submission (each a “Submission”) shall be the sole property of Green mug studio and Green mug studio is under no obligation to keep a Submission confidential or take steps necessary to ensure the confidentiality of a Submission. Green mug studio shall be the sole and exclusive owner of all rights related to the Submission except to the extent that rights are granted to Client under Paragraph 2 (“Ownership of Materials”), and shall at its sole and unrestricted discretion use and disseminate a Submission for any lawful purpose without permission, acknowledgment or compensation of or to the Client. Client agrees that it has the right to articulate and put forth the Submission and Client hereby waives all claims and recourse against Green mug studio for its use of the Submission in accordance with the terms hereof and in its sole discretion hereafter.
Client Feedback. The client gives feedback on the quality of fit of the candidate, and if it is positive an offer letter is extended. If the client does not approve, one of the other candidates that had been interviewed is qualified, they will be put forth. If not, the search will be restarted.
