Client logo. During the term of this Agreement, the Client shall permit the Supplier to use the Client’s logo and name on the Website and the Supplier’s promotional material for marketing purposes upon the Supplier’s request and approval from the Client (which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed).

Client logo. You consent to our non-exclusive, non-transferable use, both during the Term and following its expiration or termination, of your name and/or logo in connection with identifying you as a client of Convene’s alongside those of other clients, on Convene’s website as well as in video and other marketing materials. You warrant that your logo does not infringe upon the rights of any third party and that you have full authority to provide this consent. You may terminate this consent at any time upon thirty (30) days’ prior notice to us.
Client logo. 23.1 B&PO may include Client’s name and logo on its customer lists and disclose and summarise generally the nature of any work being performed hereunder or under any SOW, provided that no such disclosure shall result in the breach of B&PO's confidentiality obligations under this Agreement. Any case studies B&PO may wish to produce for circulation will only be done with the prior written agreement of the Client.

  • Client Data The Subrecipient shall maintain client data demonstrating client eligibility for services provided. Such data shall include, but not be limited to, client name, address, income level or other basis for determining eligibility, and description of service provided. Such information shall be made available to Grantee monitors or their designees for review upon request.

  • Customer Feedback The contractor is expected to establish and maintain professional communication between its employees and customers. The primary objective of this communication is customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is the most significant external indicator of the success and effectiveness of all services provided and can be measured through customer complaints and surveys. Performance management drives the contractor to be customer focused through initially and internally addressing customer complaints and investigating the issues and/or problems but the customer always has the option to communicate complaints to the PM, as opposed to the contractor. Customer feedback may also be obtained either from the results of formal customer satisfaction surveys or from random customer complaints. Any customer complaints will be investigated by the PM using the Quality Assurance Monitoring Form – Customer Complaint Investigation, identified in Attachment A4.

Experience • One years’ post graduate (Nurse Entry to Practice or equivalent) experience, or be undertaking this currently. • Please refer to area specific person specification if applicable. • Experience in an equivalent clinical setting to which you are being employed into. Knowledge and Skills • Advanced communication techniques such as conflict resolution, diffusion and mediation skills. • Demonstrate professional accountability within scope of practice.

  • CONTRACTOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Contractor shall designate a customer service representative (and inform Enterprise Services of the same) who shall be responsible for addressing Purchaser issues pertaining to this Master Contract.

  • Customer Services Customer Relationship Management (CRM): All aspects of the CRM process, including planning, scheduling, and control activities involved with service delivery. The service components facilitate agencies’ requirements for managing and coordinating customer interactions across multiple communication channels and business lines. Customer Preferences: Customizing customer preferences relative to interface requirements and information delivery mechanisms (e.g., personalization, subscriptions, alerts and notifications).
