Shift Bidding All stations will use voting procedures described below to determine shift bidding. A “show of interest” is defined as fifty-five percent (55%) of affected employees submitting their interest in writing:
Move-In A Move-In Inventory and/or a Unit Condition Report form will be provided to you at the time you move into the Premises. Within forty-eight 48 hours (or according to applicable law) after you move in, you need to tell us in writing of any defects or damages in your Premises; otherwise, the Premises, fixtures, appliances and furniture, if any, will be considered to be in a clean, safe and good working condition and you will be responsible for defects or damages that may have occurred before you moved in. You acknowledge that the condition of the Premises may not be the same as the condition of the model unit you may have previously toured. Except for what you tell us in writing, you accept the Premises, fixtures, appliances and furniture in their "AS-IS" CONDITION, WITH ALL FAULTS AND IMPERFECTIONS AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PREMISES ARE SUITABLE FOR THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH THEY ARE LEASED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE MAKE NO EXPRESS, AND DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL IMPLIED, WARRANTIES WITH REGARD TO THE PREMISES, FIXTURES, APPLIANCES, EQUIPMENT OR FURNITURE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR MERCHANTABILITY.
Move-Out If, for any reason, the New Tenant moves out of the rental premises before the lease has concluded they realize that it is their responsibility to find a replacement tenant. The New Tenant is to take reasonable steps to find a replacement roommate who is acceptable to the present roommates. If one of the roommates moves out, the New Tenant understands that it the Landlord/Principal Tenant’s responsibility to take reasonable steps to find a replacement tenant. The New Tenant understands that it is in the best interests of all roommates to replace any departing tenants.
JOB BIDDING The City reserves the right to organize work and assignments. Bureau managers will consult with the Union prior to implementation of a reorganization to discuss proper application of this Article. Whenever the City determines that it will fill a vacancy in a new or existing job, present employees shall be given the first opportunity on the following basis: the City may choose from among the two (2) most senior qualified bidders for 25% of all vacancies occurring within a bureau in a Fiscal Year. Prior to posting, the City must identify a posting as one which will be subject to this provision.

Travelling, Transport and Fares (a) An employee required and authorised to use their own motor vehicle in the course of their duties will be paid not less than the allowance set out in item 21 in Table 2.

Skidding and Yarding Methods of skid- ding or yarding specified for particular areas, if any, are indicated on Sale Area Map. Outside Clearcutting Units and construction clearings, insofar as ground conditions permit, products shall not be skidded against reserve trees or groups of reproduction and tractors shall be equipped with a winch to facilitate skidding. B6.421 Rigging. Insofar as practicable, needed rigging shall be slung on stumps or trees desig- nated for cutting.
