Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An Employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double time and one-half (2½) for hours worked, plus a day off subject to this Agreement.
Vacation Time After the Trial Period is complete, the Employee is entitled to days off per year of which is required to be mutually benefiting of the Employer and the Employee. It is required for the Employee to give notice before scheduling their vacation in accordance with Company policy.
Holiday Falling on a Day of Rest (a) When a paid holiday falls on a regular full-time employee's day of rest, the employee shall be entitled to a day off with pay in lieu of the holiday. (b) If a regular full-time employee is called in to work on the day designated as the lieu day pursuant to (a) above, he/she shall be compensated at time and one-half for all hours worked.
Account Close–Out Fees The Transfer Agent may receive any fees reasonably related to the cost incurred by the Transfer Agent to close out a shareholder’s Account in an all-inclusive fee fund or any retirement corporate record kept account or any retirement tax–exempt record kept account serviced by the division or divisions of the transfer agent or any sub-transfer agents that service Accounts within employer-sponsored retirement plans, including not limited to, 401(k) and 403(b) plans, or in any prototype or similar retirement account which is part of a retirement account program sponsored by Fidelity Investments.
Valuation Date The value of the Collateral shall be determined on the date of the Buy-In (or the payment made pursuant to Section 6.2 below).
Vacation Period The choice of vacation periods shall be granted to employees on the basis of seniority with the Employer except where the period requested would be detrimental to the operation of the Employer.
Valuation Time At the close of trading of the regular trading session on the Exchange; provided that if the principal trading session is extended, the Calculation Agent shall determine the Valuation Time in its reasonable discretion.
Christmas Day Melbourne Cup Day (or alternative days in regional areas);
Day Unless otherwise stated, reference to the terms "day," "days," "month," or "months" mean calendar day, calendar days, calendar month, and calendar months, respectively.
Vacation Days Employee shall be entitled to the same paid vacation days each calendar year during the term of this Employee Agreement as authorized by the Company for its other employees.
