  • Kickoff Meeting 6.3.1. The Contractor shall conduct a kickoff meeting with the Purchaser to further clarify PO expectations.

  • Kick-off Meeting The goal of this subtask is to establish the lines of communication and procedures for implementing this Agreement. The Recipient shall: • Attend a “Kick-off” meeting with the CAM, the Commission Agreement Officer (CAO), and any other Energy Commission staff relevant to the Agreement. The Recipient will bring its Project Manager and any other individuals designated by the CAM to this meeting. The administrative and technical aspects of the Agreement will be discussed at the meeting. Prior to the meeting, the CAM will provide an agenda to all potential meeting participants. The meeting may take place in person or by electronic conferencing (e.g., WebEx), with approval of the CAM.   • Minutes of Meeting Minutes of each meeting of the Committee shall be prepared and signed by the joint chairperson as promptly as possible after the close of the meeting. The Union and the Employer shall each receive two (2) signed copies of the minutes within one (1) week after they are prepared and signed.

  • Location of Meetings All meetings of the Operating Committee shall be held in Sydney, New South Wales, or elsewhere as may be decided unanimously by the Operating Committee.

  • Project Kick-off Meeting The Contractor shall hold a project kick-off meeting within thirty days from the contract execution date. The Contractor shall coordinate with NYSERDA's Project Manager to arrange the meeting at a mutually convenient time and place. The Contractor is encouraged to invite representatives of sub-contractors and equipment vendors. The purpose of this meeting shall be to finalize the strategies for accomplishing the objectives of this work. In a timely manner, the Contractor shall submit to NYSERDA’s Project Manager a brief report summarizing the issues discussed and decisions made, if any, during this meeting. Deliverable: A brief report regarding the project kickoff meeting.
