Common use of Clothing Clause in Contracts

Clothing. The company agrees to supply any safety equipment required by employees. After four weeks of employment, employees will receive the following: A company supplied uniform (see Appendix B); or Company may ask for a security deposit of no more than $250 if uniform is provided on engagement, which shall be reimbursed on return of all uniforms and equipment.
