Corporate Membership. (For corporations and businesses that will elect for membership, four individuals within the corporation or business.) the four individuals will be entitled to unlimited play. (Alternatively, the corporation/business can elect to purchase 300 rounds, within the calendar year, for use by its employees and guests.) The one time initiation fee will be waived. Corporate Membership. If within 14 days of the commencement of your membership you wish to terminate the Agreement 11.1 Corporate membership rates are available for companies/firms or other commercial businesses you must notify the Club in writing within that 14 day period, in which case we will agree to terminate introducing 6 or more members. This shall include a minimum of three employees or firm members the Agreement and refund you 50% of the Joining Fee and the full Subscription Fee. This termination and may include up to 50% partners or other family members of employees or firm members.
Corporate Membership. 2.1. The Club offers individual and corporate memberships.
2.2. Corporate membership applications can be made by companies and partnerships which are registered at Companies House (Corporate Members).
2.3. Corporate memberships, if granted, shall be available to five or more employees of the Corporate Member making the corporate membership application.
2.4. Details of those employees (each of whom must be at least 18) must be provided to us prior to the start date of the corporate membership. We may request reasonable evidence of employment prior to accepting a corporate membership application.
2.5. Corporate Members may change the employees entitled to use the membership at any time, subject to providing the details of the incoming and outgoing employees to us and paying us an administration fee.
2.6. These terms and conditions and the Club Rules will apply to the Corporate Member and to each employee who uses the corporate membership. It is the Corporate Member’s responsibility to ensure that each such employee is provided with a copy of these terms and conditions and is made aware of the existence of the Club Rules.
2.7. The Corporate Member is responsible for its employees’ conduct at the Club and must ensure that its employees comply with this Contract.
Corporate Membership. Corporate membership rates are available for companies/firms or other commercial businesses introducing 6 or more members. This may include three employees and their family members or partners.
Corporate Membership. Corporate Membership is available to companies and organisations operating within Queensland. This category enables members to borrow:
(a) Items for the purpose of the business only;
(b) Up to 20 items at any one time subject to any restrictions applied to specific types of items; and
(c) Items for a loan period of three weeks.
Corporate Membership. Executive will have access to a corporate country club membership and QTS LLC will pay for all dues and assessments associated with such membership.
Corporate Membership. 10.1. Corporate Membership rates are available for companies/firms or other commercial businesses introducing 5 or more members. This may only include their employees. Appropriate identification is required prior to commencement of this Agreement in order for us to offer the Corporate Membership rate.
10.2. Section 7 does not apply to Corporate Memberships. If at any time and for any reason the number of corporate memberships falls below 5, you will have 30 days to remedy that situation. Failing to bring the total memberships to 5 or higher will result in the remaining memberships being reclassified as individual memberships. In that case members will be obliged to sign individual Agreements with us and they will be charged a supplement to align fees for individual membership tariffs.
10.3. Corporate membership prices are based on the number of people affiliated to the corporate. Should the number of members fall below that number required for their membership category, you will be informed by the Club manager and have 30 days to remedy the situation as per 10.2.
10.4. We reserve the right to contact the employers of any corporate member to confirm your continued employment and therefore your eligibility to the tariff.
Corporate Membership. If the Licensee is an entity and has a Corporate Product Innovation or a Corporate Employee Perk membership, two employees of the same business can access and use the Space and Equipment at the same time.
