Club Responsibility. For all Club Home Games and Special Events, and other Club activities at the Ballpark permitted by this Agreement, Club shall, at Club expense, provide such security personnel and traffic control both on the Premises and inside the Ballpark as are necessary to maintain order and protect the Premises and the safety of players, officials, spectators and customers. The City may supplement such personnel with City law enforcement officers, in the sole discretion and at the sole expense of the City. At all times during the Term, Club shall be responsible for security in Club administrative offices, retail areas, Concessions areas, Club storage areas, and any portions of the Premises exclusively occupied by Club.
