Coaching Activities. A student managers may not perform any coaching activities (e.g., providing technical or tactical instruction to student-athletes). It is not permissible for a student manager to film a pick-up game, voluntary workouts, or a “captains practice,” and provide the video to the CSU coaching staff for review.

Coaching Activities. (a) Fall Sports - not later than November 25th
Coaching Activities. All employees performing activities enumerated under Appendix E shall be placed on their proper step based on years of experience in that sport. Salaries increases shall be 0% for 2021/22, 2022/23, 2023/24 and will remain at the 2020/21 salaries. However, all coaches entitled to step movement will receive step movement for 2021/22, 2022/23 and 2023/24. Salaries increases shall be 1% plus step/column movement for 2024/25 and 2025/26. Refer to Appendix E for salary schedules. Extended Season: Any coach whose sport enters into PIAA post-season play beyond the regular season shall be compensated at a rate as established by the formula below. This additional compensation shall also include band and cheerleading personnel expected to accompany the sport team: Regular Season Salary X Number of weeks Post Season Total number of weeks of season Regular season is defined as beginning with the first day of practice as established by PIAA until last competition date as established by PIAA. Events held that require qualification based on excellence will be considered post-season. Post-season play shall be calculated from the day after the regular season ends and end on the last day in which the team or individuals on the team participate in the PIAA post- season play. Any fraction of a post-season week will be calculated on a prorated basis.

  • Monitoring Activities The Cheyenne MPO shall have the right to monitor all activities related to this Agreement that are performed by the Consultant or its subconsultants. This shall include, but not be limited to, the right to make site inspections at any time and with reasonable notice; to bring experts and consultants on site to examine or evaluate completed work or work in progress; to examine the books, ledgers, documents, papers, and records pertinent to this Agreement; and to observe personnel in every phase of performance of the related work.

  • Co-Curricular Activities G. The enrollment of the student of employees who reside outside the District shall be subject to School Board Policy 3.02(3)f, Out-of-County Students.

  • NO MARKETING ACTIVITIES Contractor is prohibited from using the Work for any Contractor or third-party marketing, advertising, or promotional activities, without the prior written consent of System Agency. The foregoing prohibition includes, without limitation, the placement of banners, pop-up ads, or other advertisements promoting Contractor’s or a third party’s products, services, workshops, trainings, or other commercial offerings on any website portal or internet-based service or software application hosted or managed by Contractor as part of the Work.

  • Activities Except with the prior written consent of the Board, Executive will not during his employment with the Company undertake or engage in any other employment, occupation or business enterprise, other than ones in which Executive is a passive investor. Executive may engage in civic and not-for-profit activities so long as such activities do not materially interfere with the performance of his duties hereunder.

  • Outside Activities Subject to the Articles of Incorporation and any agreements entered into by the General Partner or its Affiliates with the Partnership or a Subsidiary, any officer, director, employee, agent, trustee, Affiliate or stockholder of the General Partner shall be entitled to and may have business interests and engage in business activities in addition to those relating to the Partnership, including business interests and activities substantially similar or identical to those of the Partnership. Neither the Partnership nor any of the Limited Partners shall have any rights by virtue of this Agreement in any such business ventures, interest or activities. None of the Limited Partners nor any other Person shall have any rights by virtue of this Agreement or the partnership relationship established hereby in any such business ventures, interests or activities, and the General Partner shall have no obligation pursuant to this Agreement to offer any interest in any such business ventures, interests and activities to the Partnership or any Limited Partner, even if such opportunity is of a character which, if presented to the Partnership or any Limited Partner, could be taken by such Person.

  • Program Activities Grantee must use the Grant Funds as set forth in Exhibit A (the “Program”).

  • EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES 1. In this agreement, extra-curricular programs and activities include all those that are beyond the provincially prescribed and locally determined curricula of the school.

  • Lobbying Activities The above list of Sections surviving the termination and/or expiration of this Contract is not exhaustive and there are other provisions of this Contract which shall survive the termination, in whole or in part, and/or expiration of this Contract.

  • Cease Activities Upon receiving a notice of termination of this Grant, Grantee must immediately cease all activities under this Grant, unless Agency expressly directs otherwise in such notice. Upon termination, Grantee must deliver to Agency all materials or other property that are or would be required to be provided to Agency under this Grant or that are needed to complete the Project activities that would have been performed by Grantee.
