Common use of College Equipment Clause in Contracts

College Equipment. To use College equipment, including but not limited to computers, copiers, calculators, and audio-visual equipment, without cost, when such equipment is not otherwise in use for instructional purposes; provided no additional cost to the College shall be incurred by reason of such use. The Association shall be responsible for damages to the machinery occurring while in the Association's custody. The Association will provide its own paper and other materials. A charge of $.05 per copy page shall be charged and paid by the Association for use of a College copy machine.
