CONDUCT OF ASSOCIATION BUSINESS. Any Association representative not assigned to a particular school or not employed by the District must secure permission from the site administrator before conducting any Association business or communicating with District employees in District facilities during working hours. Permission will be granted as long as the business being conducted does not interfere with the educational program of the District.
CONDUCT OF ASSOCIATION BUSINESS. The City agrees to grant the official representative of the Association access to the City's premises: a) for the purpose of meeting and conferring, b) consulting and conferring with designated representatives of the City, and c) to observe the work conditions or operations related to a specific grievance. The City agrees that the five employees recognized to assist individuals covered by this Agreement in using the grievance procedure, shall be permitted to consult and confer with City representatives during work hours without loss of pay on matters pertaining to a specific grievance. Whenever a representative is engaged in Association business, which requires that he/she be away from his/her assignment or workstation, the representative shall provide at least 24 hours notification to his/her supervisor of the anticipated time of absence and expected time of return. At all times, Association representatives shall conduct business in accordance with the CATSEA MOU. Except as agreed to above, no employee shall engage in any union activity in any manner which shall interfere with City operations.
CONDUCT OF ASSOCIATION BUSINESS. The Association shall be permitted to transact Association business on campus provided that it shall in no way interfere with the College operations or the scheduled duties and/or working hours of faculty members or other employees. The Association shall be entitled to the use of appropriate space on campus. The College shall designate the space available to the Association provided that the space is requested and approved in accordance with the room reservation policies and procedures which the College has established or may hereafter establish, and provided further that such meetings shall not interfere with College operations, College-initiated activities, or scheduled duties and working hours of faculty members or other employees. The Association may request, at least two weeks in advance, through the Office of the Senior Vice President of Academic Affairs, Workforce Development, and Student Success a time and place on campus to hold Association general membership meetings twice each semester.
CONDUCT OF ASSOCIATION BUSINESS. Section A – The Association shall have the sole and exclusive right at all time-off rights set forth in this Section.
Section B – Any member of the Board of Directors shall have the right to visit the premises of any and all County facilities under the jurisdiction of the Commissioners Court for the purpose of administrating this Agreement. Such visits shall be conducted in a manner so as not to interfere with the functions of any affected Department. A member of the Board of Directors shall provide a written request to the appropriate elected or appointed county official about any visitation of the premises. The affected county official shall not unreasonably deny any request to visit the premises.
Section C – When Collective Bargaining sessions between the County and the Association are scheduled during normal working hours, the County agrees that it will provide paid leave for a negotiating team comprised of a maximum of three (3) members of the Association provided that the Sheriff first authorizes any and all such leave. Such leave request shall not be unreasonably denied.
Section D – Each member of the Association’s Board of Directors shall receive two (2) hours of time off, per month, which may be cumulative for that calendar year only, without loss of pay, to attend regularly scheduled Association meetings and Board of Director’s meetings, provided that the Sheriff first authorizes any and all such leave. Such leave request shall not be unreasonably denied.
CONDUCT OF ASSOCIATION BUSINESS. Association business, such as handling grievances and other legitimate routine matters, may be conducted by authorized association representatives on Department premises provided that such business does not interfere with Department operations. Scheduled Association meetings may be held in Department facilities provided that such meetings do not interfere with Department operations.

CONDUCT OF ASSOCIATION BUSINESS. 918 No Association business shall be conducted by any professional employees, as a group or 919 an individual, during the professional work day unless each such member involved shall be on the 920 member’s personal lunch period.
CONDUCT OF ASSOCIATION BUSINESS. A. Representatives of the Association shall be permitted to transact official business on Borough property provided that this shall not interfere with or interrupt normal Borough operations.
B. The Association shall have the use of a bulletin board in the policeman’s lounge. Should the administration object to any posted material, the Association agrees, after being informed, that it shall be removed.
CONDUCT OF ASSOCIATION BUSINESS. No administrator or GPSA representative is permitted to conduct GPSA business during his/her respective working hours without approval of the Superintendent of Schools. Any such action will result in disciplinary action by the Board of Education. Approval or denial must be given by the Superintendent and/or his/her designee, either in writing or verbally, within three (3) working days, excluding any and all federal/state/public holidays, of the request for approval.
CONDUCT OF ASSOCIATION BUSINESS. Section I The Association shall have the sole and exclusive right to all time off rights set forth in this Section.
Section II Any member of the Board of Directors shall have the right to visit the premises of the Sheriff's Office for the purpose of administering this Agreement. Section III Consistent with the Association leave pool provisions in Section 4 herein, the Association's negotiating team will be of equal number of members to that of the County. The members shall be permitted time off to attend negotiating sessions with County representatives, where such sessions or meetings are scheduled during working hours; or shall be given time off for the scheduled night shift immediately preceding or succeeding such negotiating sessions. In the event of an emergency, lack of manpower or other operational contingency, time off for negotiations shall not be permitted. The county agrees not to have a negotiating team that exceeds five (5) members. The parties may by mutual agreement waive this restriction.
Section IV Association business shall not be conducted at the expense of the County or on County time. All Association business conducted by any individual shall be done on the following basis:
A. All Association business conducted by a member of the Board of Directors in lieu of work time shall be on the Board member's own leave time or paid for by the Association leave pool as provided herein; except that any attendance by a Board member that is required by the County or Sheriff shall not be construed as Association business. All Association business paid for by the Association leave pool must be accounted for in the leave pool records maintained as required herein.
B. Each member of the Association shall donate four (4) hours per year at the beginning of each new Calendar Year from vacation time to an Association leave pool. Any accumulated Association leave time remaining as of December 31, shall be carried over into the next year.
C. Any pool days taken by a member of the Board of Directors shall be recorded on a form containing the following information: (1) the officer's name;
