Colleges with Both Divisions and Departments. Colleges with both divisions and departments will develop a College Plan for reassigned time and Chair pay. The College Plan will include the selection process along with the roles and duties of Department/Division Chairs. The parameters for these plans shall be in general conformity to those outlined in 7.1. The Chief Human Resources Officer will review the plan for internal consistency.
