Cosmetic Surgery includes but is not limited to rhinoplasty, lipectomy, surgery for sagging or extra skin, any augmentation or reduction procedures (e.g., mammoplasty, liposuction, keloids, rhinoplasty and associated surgery) or treatment relating to the consequences or as a result of CosmeticSurgery.

Contract Contract Year A period of one year commencing on the Effective Date (or renewal date) and ending at 12:00 midnight on the last day of the one-year period. A provision that is intended to avoid claims payment delays and duplication of benefits when a person is covered by two or more plans providing benefits or services for medical, dental or other care or treatment. Combined Limit. The sum of the HDP under Sections 5.6 and 5.7 and the HCP under Sections 6.6 and 6.7 cannot exceed the sum of the following:
(i) 125 percent of the LDP (under Sections 5.6 and 5.7) or the LCP (under Sections 6.6 and 6.7); and
(ii) two percentage points more than such LDP or such LCP, whichever is not used in (i), but in no event more than twice such smaller amount.
