  • Shift Premiums (a) All employees who are required by the Employer to rotate over two (2) or more shifts shall receive a shift premium of thirty cents ($0.30) for each hour worked on the afternoon or evening shifts only. Shift premium will not be paid for any hour in which an employee receives overtime premium and shift premium will not form part of the employee's straight time hourly rate. (b) In no event shall there be any pyramiding of benefits or payments.

  • Shift and Weekend Premium (a) Effective July 1, 2021, an employee shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar and five cents ($1.05) per hour for each hour worked between the hours of 1500 and 0700. Effective July 1, 2022, an employee shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar and fifteen cents ($1.15) per hour for each hour worked between the hours of 1500 and 0700.   • Interest Expense Coverage Ratio The Borrower will not permit the ratio of (a) Consolidated EBITDA to (b) Consolidated Interest Expense, in each case for any period of four consecutive fiscal quarters ending after the Effective Date, to be less than 4.0 to 1.0.

  • Weekend Premium An employee shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar and forty-five cents ($1.45) per hour for each hour worked between 2400 hours Friday to 2400 hours Sunday or such other 48 hour period that the Hospital may establish. (ii) The parties acknowledge and agree that the permitted Consolidated Capital Expenditure level set forth in clause (i) above shall be exclusive of the amount of Consolidated Capital Expenditures actually made with the proceeds of a cash capital contribution to Company (including the proceeds of issuance of equity securities) made by Parent from the issuance by Parent of its equity Securities after the Closing Date and specifically identified in a certificate delivered by an Authorized Officer of Company to Administrative Agent on or about the time such capital contribution is made; provided that, to the extent any such cash capital contributions constitute Net Securities Proceeds after the Closing Date, only that portion of such Net Securities Proceeds which is not required to be applied as a prepayment pursuant to Section 2.4B(ii)(c) (or pursuant to the First Lien Credit Agreement) may be used for Consolidated Capital Expenditures pursuant to this clause (ii).

  • Monthly Base Rent With respect to any Payment Date and any Lease Vehicle (other than a Lease Vehicle with respect to which the Disposition Date occurred during such Related Month), the “Monthly Base Rent” with respect to such Lease Vehicle for such Payment Date shall equal the pro rata portion (based upon the number of days in the Related Month with respect to such Payment Date that were included in the Vehicle Term for such Lease Vehicle) of the Depreciation Charge for such Lease Vehicle as of the last day of such Related Month calculated on a 30/360 day basis.
