COMMENCEMENT AND COMPLETION OF SERVICES. Within seven (7) days of receipt from the City of a Notice to Proceed, Consultant shall commence services on all its obligations as set forth in the Scope of Services or that portion of such obligations as is specified in said Notice. Except as may be changed in writing by the City, the Project shall be complete and Consultant shall furnish the City the specified deliverables, as provided in Exhibit A.

The nature of the Services is such that timely performance is critical to the orderly progress of related work and to the operating schedule of Company.
