Commencement and Expiration of Term. The Term of this Lease is the period stated in the Basic Terms. The Term commences on the Commencement Date and expires on the last day of the last calendar month of the Term.

Commencement and Expiration of Term. 6.1.1 The Service Charge for the Accounting Period during which this Lease shall have been granted shall be apportioned as from the date of this Lease
6.1.2 The provisions of this Schedule shall remain in force notwithstanding the expiration or earlier determination of the term created by this Lease and the Service Charge for the Accounting Period during which the date of such expiration or determination falls shall be apportioned down to that date
6.1.3 The apportionments mentioned in paragraphs 6.1.1 and 6.1.2 above shall be computed as if the total Service Costs for the relevant Accounting Periods were incurred by equal daily amounts throughout such Accounting Periods respectively
