i. each Network Firm is a separate and independent legal entity;

iv. neither we nor any Network Firm is liable for any other Network Firm's acts or omissions, except as otherwise may be agreed in writing in advance by the party against which liability is asserted; and
v. we generally share in the payments made by our clients, including you, to other Network Firms for their Services to our clients, including you, or, if we agree with you to such effect, we may obtain a payment from you for any of our Services that may relate to sourcing, helping to arrange or helping to oversee or manage the Services to you from such Network Firm, or otherwise interact with such Network Firm in respect of the Services it provides.
b. To the extent permitted by law, you agree that:
i. neither we nor any other Network Firm or any of our or their respective Representatives will have any liability to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, under or in connection with this Agreement and/or the Services; and ii. you will not bring any claim, demand or proceedings under or in connection with this Agreement and/or the Services against any other Moriah Network Firm or any of our Representatives.
