Commercial General Liability (CGL) or equivalent Aviation Liability. This policy shall be an occurrence-type policy and shall protect the Tenant and additional insureds against all claims arising from bodily injury, sickness, disease or death of any person (other than the Tenant’s employees) and damage to property of the City or others arising out of the act or omission of the Tenant or its agents and employees. There shall be no endorsement or modification of the CGL limiting the scope of coverage for liability assumed under the Lease or liability arising from pollution, explosion, collapse, underground property damage, or damage to the premises or improvements. This policy shall also include protection against claims for the contractual liability assumed by Tenant under the parts of this Lease entitled “Indemnification” and “Environmental Indemnification”, including completed operations, products liability, contractual coverage, broad form property coverage, explosion, collapse, underground, Premises/operations, and independent contractors (to remain in force for two years after final payment). The Consultant shall provide a new certificate of insurance that reflects the increase in limits as required in 4.20(E) below. b. The policy shall be endorsed to include the following additional insured language: “The State of Arizona, its departments, agencies, boards, commissions, universities and its officers, officials, agents, and employees shall be named as additional insureds with respect to liability arising out of the activities performed by or on behalf of the Consultant.” Such additional insured shall be covered to the full limits of liability purchased by the Consultant, even if those limits of liability are in excess of those required by this Contract. c. The policy shall contain a waiver of subrogation endorsement in favor of the State of Arizona, its departments, agencies, boards, commissions, universities and its officers, officials, agents, and employees for losses arising from work performed by or on behalf of the Consultant.

  • Commercial General Liability Insurance including premises and operations, personal injury, broad form property damage, broad form blanket contractual liability coverage (including coverage for the contractual indemnification) products and completed operations coverage, coverage for explosion, collapse and underground hazards, independent contractors coverage, coverage for pollution to the extent normally available and punitive damages to the extent normally available and a cross liability endorsement, with minimum limits of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence/One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) aggregate combined single limit for personal injury, bodily injury, including death and property damage.

  • Commercial General Liability and Automobile Liability Coverages a. The City of San Xxxx, its officers, employees, agents and contractors are to be covered as additional insureds as respects: Liability arising out of activities performed by or on behalf of, GRANTEE; products and completed operations of GRANTEE; premises owned, leased or used by GRANTEE; and automobiles owned, leased, hired or borrowed by GRANTEE. Coverage shall state that GRANTEE's insurance shall apply separately to each insured against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except with respect to the limits of the insurer's liability. e. Coverage shall contain waiver of subrogation in favor of the City of San Xxxx, its officers, employees, agents and contractors.

  • Commercial General Liability Insurance Supplier will maintain insurance covering its operations, with coverage on an occurrence basis, and must be subject to terms no less broad than the Insurance Services Office (“ISO”) Commercial General Liability Form CG0001 (2001 or newer edition), or equivalent.   • The Commercial General Liability Insurance Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance and Excess Public Liability Insurance policies shall contain provisions that specify that the policies are primary and shall apply to such extent without consideration for other policies separately carried and shall state that each insured is provided coverage as though a separate policy had been issued to each, except the insurer’s liability shall not be increased beyond the amount for which the insurer would have been liable had only one insured been covered. Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each be responsible for its respective deductibles or retentions.

  • Commercial General Liability Insurance Policy Provide a Commercial General Liability Insurance Policy, including contractual liability, in adequate quantity to protect against legal liability arising out of contract activity but no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence.
