An overview of the funding provided under the Commission Service Agreement between the MHC and the EMHS is included in Schedule 4 of this Agreement. This is to provide the EMHS with an understanding of how the funding provided by the MHC contributes to the overall expense limit detailed in this Agreement. The terms of the Commission Service Agreement do not form part of this Agreement. Any amendment to the Commission Service Agreement will be made as a result of negotiation between the MHC and the EMHS and in accordance with the Head Agreement.
