Common use of Committee Member's Wages Clause in Contracts

Committee Member's Wages. The Company agrees that one of its employees from each of the three participating systems may serve as a member of the J.T.C. The Committee members shall jointly determine a reasonable number of meetings required to perform the work of the Committee. Committee members shall be paid their regular straight-time wages while attending such meetings.
