Installer. An "Installer" is the Design-Builder or an entity engaged by the Design-Builder, either as an employee or, Subcontractor for performance of a particular construction activity, including, but not limited to, installation, erection, application, and similar operations. Installers are required to be experienced in the operations they are engaged to perform.
