Common use of Committee on Teacher Surplus Clause in Contracts

Committee on Teacher Surplus. The Employer and the Union agree to form a joint committee as soon as possible to plan for the effective future employment of potentially surplus Employer teachers into new and existing educational programs at the community level. The scope is to include those educational programs funded under School Board Operating Grants and/or other provincial funding arrangements.
