COMMITTEES AND STEWARDS. 11:01 The Union acknowledges that Stewards, members of committees and Union Officers have regular duties to perform on behalf of the City. For the purpose of dealing with grievances of employees or other Union business, such persons shall not absent themselves from their work without first obtaining permission from their supervisor.
