Communications and Coordination. 8.5.1 The Second Party will provide its key employees cell phones and provide the Designated Contract Administrator with telephone numbers and e-mail addresses for Second Party’s personnel responsible for implementing all the requirements of the solicitation, including weekends and holidays. At a minimum, the Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager must have cell phones.
