Customer Communications. 11.1. We may communicate with you by sending emails or by calling you. In case of joint Accounts, we shall communicate with both Account holders. 11.2. If you email us, or give us your email address, we will keep a record of it and you agree to communications being sent to you at that address. We will not give your email address to any unauthorised third parties. 11.3. However, if you send us an email, please remember that it will be unsecure and could be intercepted. If you do send us an email, please keep the amount of confidential information included to a minimum. We will do likewise when we reply.

Customer Communications. Seller and Purchaser shall cooperate in developing language for a program of communications or notices relating to the Transaction to be sent to customers of the Company and its Subsidiaries on or after the date hereof and prior to the Closing. Seller shall not, and shall cause its Subsidiaries not to, send any communications or notices relating to the Transaction to customers of the Company and its Subsidiaries on or after the date hereof and prior to the Closing without the prior written approval of Purchaser, not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

Customer Communications. You understand and agree that Lively, or its agents, may contact you for any purpose regarding your Service, Devices, or your My Account, including billing and collection, and any additional products and services we may offer, in any manner, including by phone, mail, email, text message, and push notifications. You agree that such contact may be to any mailing address, telephone number, cellular phone number, email address, or any other electronic address that you have provided, or may in the future provide, to us. You understand and agree that calls or text messages may be made using an automatic telephone dialing system or artificial or prerecorded voices, and SMS test messaging. You agree to notify us promptly if you can no longer be reached at a contact number, email or address you provided us. You represent that you have received the consent of any authorized users and other users on your account to be contacted by us as described in this Section. Your consent shall survive cancellation of your Services and your account.
Customer Communications. Buyer shall be solely responsible for all liaison and coordination with the Buyer’s customer (the “Customer”), any higher tier contractor(s), or the Government, as it affects any applicable prime contract, this Purchase Order, and any related contract. Except as required by law, no public release of any information, or confirmation or denial of same, with respect to this Purchase Order or the subject matter hereof, shall be made by Seller without the prior written approval of Buyer.
Customer Communications. (a) Within 5 Business Days after the date of this agreement, the Seller and the Buyer must send to each Customer a letter in substantially the form of the letter in Schedule 3. (b) The Seller must reasonably co-operate with the Buyer to develop and implement an effective strategy (Migration Strategy) for notifying Customers of the transfer of the Customer Contracts to the Buyer and for the migration of the Customers to the Buyer's network and operating systems. (c) The Buyer indemnifies the Seller against any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense that the Seller pays or is liable for arising directly from or in respect of any communication between the Buyer and a Customer, other than: (i) the letter in Schedule 3; or (ii) in pursuance of the Migration Strategy.
