Lines of Communication. The Owner and Architect-Engineer shall communicate with the Sub-Contractors or suppliers only through the Construction Manager while such method of communication is effective in maintaining project schedules and quality.
Lines of Communication. All communication between CAFCO participants and the awarded vendor(s) shall be in writing through a specified representative for each organization. Sales orders shall be handled via normal sales personnel. Matters of policy are to be dealt with by IU13’s representative and designated awarded vendor(s) official(s).
Lines of Communication. 21.1 Any communication prior to the filing of a grievance between the interested parties shall follow the hereinafter prescribed order and shall be completed by the end of the second school day:
A. Teacher to department head or immediate supervisor where applicable
B. Teacher and department head, where concerned, to building principal
C. Teacher, department head (if desired) and principal to the Assistant Superintendent, Human Resources or other Central Office administrators If mutual understanding of the situation or problem under discussion has not been reached, the teacher may elect to use the Grievance Procedure provided elsewhere in this Agreement. It is the philosophy of the District and the Union that attainment of the educational objectives of the District is enhanced by mutual understanding, cooperation and communication between the Administrative Staff and employees. Accordingly, both the District and the Union encourage employees and their supervisors to communicate with mutual respect and concern for each other. This provision is not subject to the grievance process.
Lines of Communication. Regardless of how the XXXx and the PIC decide to coordinate individual responsibilities, the agreement must contain the method used by the PIC and the XXXx to keep each other informed. These procedures could include an indication of who is responsible for initiating communication, at what intervals, by what means (for example, personal meetings and written reports), and issues needing review on a regular basis.
Lines of Communication a. Direct, timely communication between the Hoopa Tribal Police Chief and the Sheriff or the Sheriff’s designee (the “Sheriff’s Designee”) is vital to the success of this Agreement. The Hoopa Valley Tribal Police Chief and the Sheriff or the Sheriff’s Designee will communicate directly with each other at least once each month to avoid communication problems in going through bureaucratic channels. Chief and Sheriff or Sheriff’s Designee communications will be a high response priority.
b. There will be a communication during the first week of each month, between the Chief of the Hoopa Valley Tribal Police and the Sheriff or the Sheriff’s Designee to communicate the schedule for staffing coverage.

Lines of Communication. All correspondence relating to this agreement will be made in writing either by letter or email. Any verbal communication will be confirmed in writing by the authorised officers of both parties.
