Communications—Bulletin Boards. The Faculty Association may use at each college at least one (1) bulletin board in each Faculty office building, staff lounge, mailroom, and such other areas as designated by the District. It is understood that the Bulletin Board in the Xxxxxx College Mail Room is the exclusive property of the Faculty Association. All postings will be dated and bear the official identification of the Faculty Association. Bulletin Board spaces will be maintained in a neat and timely manner. Copies of all postings will be delivered or emailed to the Chancellor, Vice Chancellors, Presidents, Vice Presidents, and Deans at the same time as posted.

Communications—Bulletin Boards. The Company will utilize the following mechanisms to communicate to employees: (1) Company Bulletin Boards; (2) Send information to USW Union Hall; (3) WEMS web site; (4) Annual mailing to all USW employees describing how information is available regarding WEMS job postings, etc. The Union shall be permitted the use of a sufficient number of designated Company bulletin boards for notices and announcements of official business. All such notices and announcements shall be submitted to the Company for approval and posting.

  • Bulletin Boards The Employer shall provide bulletin board facilities for the exclusive use of the Union, the sites to be determined by mutual agreement. The use of such bulletin board facilities shall be restricted to the business affairs of the Union.

  • Use of Bulletin Boards Space shall be made available to OCEA on agency/departmental bulletin boards within the Representation Unit provided such use does not interfere with the needs of the agency/department and material posted is not derogatory to the County, County employees or other employee organizations.   • Nasdaq National Market Listing The shares of Parent Common Stock issuable to the Company stockholders pursuant to this Agreement shall have been authorized for listing on the Nasdaq National Market upon official notice of issuance.

  • Obtaining Stock Exchange Listings The Company will from time to time take all commercially reasonable actions which may be necessary so that the Warrant Shares, immediately upon their issuance upon the exercise of Warrants, will be listed on the principal securities exchanges and markets within the United States of America, if any, on which other shares of Common Stock are then listed.

  • Nasdaq Until the consummation of a Business Combination, the Company will use its best efforts to maintain the listing of the Public Securities on Nasdaq or a national securities exchange acceptable to the Representative.
