Company Called Witness. Xxxxxx or Car Inspectors called as witnesses by the Company, or as a result of an incident involving the Company before a court, tribunal or coroner's inquest will be allowed the time consumed in court or until discharged up to the regular time lost for each twenty-four (24) hours or portion thereof detained from duty. Employees on off-shifts received equal treatment as day shift employees.
