Your failure or refusal to complete any of the Company’s aforementioned standard form agreements or acknowledgement of the Company’s standard employment policies and procedures will result in the automatic termination of your employment without triggering any severance benefits, notwithstanding section 2.4(b) below or the Severance Plan (as defined below).

Executive agrees to abide by all Company employment policies and procedures in effect from time to time that are applicable to management level employees of the Company, and to sign and acknowledge receipt of any such written policies or procedures as requested by the Company from time to time. Except for the Company’s at-will employment policy (described below), the Company may modify, revoke, suspend or terminate its policies and procedures at any time, with or without notice.
