COMPENSATED PAYROLL STATUS. Compensated payroll status shall include hours worked, PTO, holidays and compensatory time hours. Compensatory time or flex time shall not be used to accumulate hours beyond 40 in a work week for non-exempt staff or 80 in a pay period for exempt staff.
