COMPENSATION AND FEE SCHEDULE. The Agencies will pay for services performed by the Contractor during the effective term and within the scope of the Contract. However, the Agencies will be relieved of any obligation to accept performance or to pay for work performed after the effective date of any termination or for work performed outside the scope of the Contract, or for any sale or purchase that results from negotiations that commenced prior to the execution of the Contract. Compensation for the entire scope of services as indicated in this RFP, including research, marketing and any additional/specialty support services related to potential sale and purchase transactions, shall be through commercial real estate brokerage commissions based on sale price and purchase price, or total, as follows:
